Mini-pleat air filter
Mini-pleat air filter means using the linear hot melt adhesive instead of conventional corrugated sheets as the separator, and adopt fine glass fiber or PTFE, PP and other composite as the filtration paper. Folded by the imported full-automatic production line, the filtration materials are sealed in the oxidation-treated aluminum alloy frame by the specialized polyurethane sealant. In case the filtration papers are damaged, the metal plastic-spraying protecting nets are installed on both the air inlet and air outlet. It features: less damage of the paper when processing, reliable quality, high efficiency, low resistance, large air flow, small volume, light weight, high productivity. All the mini-pleat HEPAs are subject to scanning leakage detection and performance test (Standard EN-1822) to meet the specified performance index.

Deep-pleat air filter
Deep-pleat air filter means using aluminum foil or two-side offset paper as the separator, and adopt fine glass fiber as the filtration paper. By semi-automatic and semi-manual processing, the deep-pleat filter elements are sealed in the oxidation-treated aluminum alloy, stainless steel, galvanized steel sheet or other frames. Considering the separator can protect the filtration paper, there’s no need of installing metal plastic-spraying protecting nets. All the deep-pleat HEPAs are subject to scanning leakage detection and performance test (Standard EN-1822) to meet the specified performance index.
